the location was excellent it was near the train station and many shops i found lots of dining options nearby it made exploring the city very easy the hotel itself was very quiet very comfy and tidy it provided a great space for relaxation after sightseeing. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful like the other hotel staff i met during my trip.

The Premier Twin Room had very large beds. I could even select my preferred pillow. The room's cleanliness was really good, and the daily cleaning service was thorough. I appreciated the cute resting space next to the window.

The in-room amenities came in plastic packaging, I wish they were more sustainable.

the shower flooded every time i used it. the toilet seat wasnt heated, pretty annoying considering i paid for a suite. i expect better from a hotel at this price point. it reminded me of corners were cut, it wasnt a pleasant surprise.
